Good night sleep

Whether it is a baby or a granny everybody needs to have a good night sleep. One can stay without eating for a day or two but one just cannot do without sleeping. Sleeping although is not compulsory but one very well does understand how important it is.

Talking about babies, they have to follow a particular routine set by their mom. So let’s have a look at the routine that any mother would love to have their baby to follow. Eating right and sleeping well is the ultimate thing. Any mother would definitely want their kid to follow these basic things- sleeping on time, taking the right amount of nutrients in their meal, etc.

Well quite often I find my mom saying that “My happiness is in your happiness” (sounds so dramatic when said in Hindi). So for a Mother what is the most important is her child’s wellbeing and her child’s happiness.  She can do anything for that. Right from being awake only so that her child can sleep, even after a tiring day singing a lullaby only so that her child can have a good sleep is not something that everybody can do, it needs a lot of love and care that nobody but a Mother has.
Eating is yet another trouble or rather I should say making the child eat is yet another pain for the Mother. Often children are very choosey or if not choosey then moody to eat, so making them eat is yet another task for the parent. There are other things also that a Mother does that form a part of the
bedtime ritual. Singing a lullaby could be one of them. Also reading a story to their child despite having such a tiring day only so that the child can be happy is something only a Mother can do because Mother’s love is unconditional. Mother’s love knows no bounds, it is unconditional and beyond those social circles.

Well what comes next is crucial. For a child to have a good night sleep, a mother ensures to have a good or rather well fit diaper for the child. This for sure is the most important thing of the bed time rituals that any mother would follow. Okay so what happens if the child’s diaper is not good
a child cannot have a good sleep? No sleep means ill health. Poor health yet again brings sadness in the family and the one most affected would be the mother.
